This is the next step in the implementation of the Border Operating Target Model (BTOM) by the British government. After several postponements, the deadline has now been set, and transport companies must prepare for this new obligation.\r\n<h2>What does the ENS declaration entail?<\/h2>\r\nThe <strong>ENS declaration<\/strong> is a Safety and Security Declaration that must be submitted prior to arrival at a British port.
